Request to Enter Pre-File with the FERC

Rio Grande LNG, LLC initiated an official request with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to enter the NEPA Pre-File process.

On March 23, 2015, the FERC accepted the application. On April 13, 2015, the FERC initiated the Pre-File process.
