THE WOODLANDS, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Rio Bravo Pipeline Company, LLC (“Rio Bravo”) hereby announces that it is conducting a binding open season to solicit commitments for firm natural gas pipeline transportation for new pipeline facilities that it proposes to construct (the “Pipeline System”). As proposed, the Pipeline System would include a header system, with multiple receipt points to be located in the vicinity of the Agua Dulce market area, connected to pipelines, running to a point (the “Delivery Point”) adjacent to the proposed Rio Grande natural gas liquefaction facilities and export terminal (the “Rio Grande Terminal”).
